Honestly, i've onli heard of Chick-kut-teh, or Bak-kut-teh. but definitely not Beef-kut-teh!
onli one place, in the one and onli melaka =)
It's been there for ages, making history before i was even born. All along, i thought it was a beef noodle stall...XD How typical of me, such a blur case.
Another great time with cousins, Zhung and Hau, and my brother.
Hau picked me up at 7pm, kinda punctual... XD, good impression sial. i remember the days, where we needed to rely on our parents to drive us around, sometimes, even begging them on our knees... But now, look! Time has passed, it flies so fast. We got our driver's license, and zoom! We're going to many places already. Next stop, Genting anyone???? =D
And so, another journey, discovering heavenly food, a pathway to nirvana.
Four happy larks, sitting at a corner, waiting to consume and.......... get fat.
Let me tell you something about Hau, first of all, he's one of my favourite cousins=D about him, he's like... a businessman (at least thats wat he's like to me). The way he talks, sounds like he's some pro (in anything), a good convincer, and a VERY funny man. He makes a great BF, trust me. Zhung, as usual, still my temporary BF, loves to give me youtube links to weird/funny vids. Sometimes, he talks to me as if im his pet dog. =.= ( will illustrate later) Both of them are like my source of entertainment. A free ticket to happiness =D BTW, both of them are brothers.
The conversation we had over dinner sounds like this.
Hau: Tsyr... I'm broke oredi.... (shows a very pitiful face) *shows me the bills he paid which amounts to more than rm200*
Me: You buy for who?
Hau: Friends la.... i feel so proud of myself!! =D
Me: =.= SWTNESS!!! *changes topic* where r u going tomorow?
Zhung cuts in: TSYR, no, NO.. *gives me a stern look*( in a way that i'm forbidden to ask questions)
Me: WATT!!! walao!! wat u want!!
Zhung: NOTHING LA!
Me: Wat the hell, zhung... eh, y our beef kut teh so long hvnt come yet?
Hau: BEEF KUT TEH?? wat kind of "RETARDED" person would call that!!
Me:*points to my bro* chern zhi!
Bro defends himself: not meh! it's not PORK ma!
...and then we started talking about the movie 2012..
Me: Eh, u guys watched 2012 anot? how is it?
Hau: Got, but a bit disappointing la, DAMN FAKE! not that good also =.=
Me: a bit la... but it's still quite good right? ( i insist!)
Bro: you know wat my friend say about it? the part where the buildings start crumbling right (im oredi starting to have an imagination of towers falling and then....)? he commented " oh no! a COCO CRUNCH advertisement!! "
Me: *straightaway spits chinese tea back into the cup to laugh* WAT THE HELL, OMG, u should hv warned me before saying that!

and ecetera. arghh, darn! i wish i could illustrate better than this, cause it's so funny at that time and now it may sound so lame to u ppl who's reading this...
anyway, let's talk about the food. Hau ordered one person bak kut teh and 3 person beef kut teh. i would say, the bak kut teh not nice =( the one in Subang SS14, YU KEE bak kut teh is the best!!! woo~~
but about the beef kut teh, it's not even herbal! no wonder Hau said calling it beef kut teh is retarded... haha. anyways, it tasted GREAT, ok? that's all it matters!
after that, we had ice cream for dessert, rm1.50 from 7 ELEVEN. =D ahh, food tastes even better if its cheap too =)
At the end of the night, on the way back home, we're laughing and jumping in the car.
our tummies filled with bliss =)
Hau: so, was it good or not? A pot of wonderland ah!
Zhung: no... a pot of gold!
Hau: A pot of lala land!!
Bro: Err.... a pot of.. beef kut teh???
LOLZ!!!!!
i didnt say anything, because i was thinking, a pot of mixed saliva??? haha! but that would be eww-some! so... in the end, i made up my mind.
Its... A pot of happiness =D i know that it's kinda corny but that's wat it is!!!
